Had one of those nasty dings on the rear drivers panel on my 04 Dodge Ram CTD. I took it to a "Paintless Dent Removal shop" and it cost me $75.00 and he just massaged the dent out along the crease. I was floored as it only took 2 hours to fix.
It would have cost me $900 at a autobody shop to remove my bushwacker flares, box caps, tail light and mud flap and remove the dent and re-paint.

You need a hammer and a dolly.
seeing how the ding is on the top of the fender and on a curve - there is a low chance of getting it out without a paint job on the fender.
I would try to do the paint less first - but I don't think it would do it - on the curve.

Your best bet would probably be to have a pro do it! you can try to take a block of wood and hold it over the ding and tap from inside out with a rubber mallet to pop it out. But because its on a roll in the body you might want a pro to do it cause they have the proper tools. Good luck! And sorry about the dent.

It depends on whose nipple you used to measure the ding. If you used yours, a small piece of dry ice held over the ding will pop it out. If you used your girlfriend's, probably a grind and fill and repaint will be necessary.

if you have a local hail dent removal shop they can take care of it for about $20 some times if it's only one they will be nice guys and not charge you.
