Dodge charger wont shift past 1st gear. Whats wrong?

So i have a dodge charger RT 2007 model. Just bought it from a dealership thatbis 93 miles away.
I drove it home and it had problems accelerating. A few days later it wouldnt go faster than 35mph or shift(limp mode?)
I took it to a dodge dealership who said i had some messed up wires, they fixed those, i got a new battery and they replaced my radiator. They said it was probably the wires that caused limp mode.

The car drove fine for a few hours but nowits doing it again.
So i messed aroubd with it a bit and found out if i use the autostick feature i can manually shift up.
But its not letting me shift down.
Anyone know why it wont auto shift? Has an error code of p2767.
Also do you think if i just drive using auto stick will it mess it up even more? I can upshift but not downshift for some reason. I may be doing it wrong as i am new to the concept of the autostick.

Hi so as the battery has nothing to do with what is needed mechanically it will be needing a new gearbox now being a 10 year old car.

find local shop at ATRA.COM for diagnosis and estimate to repair. messed up wires someone's been doing wiring work and messed up big time or the car might of been in a accident and bad body work was done
