why won't 04 caravan window go back up?

My passenger window in my 04 dodge caravan will go down but not up. I jumped the motor and got it back up. I am told its a relay. is there another relay or something other than under the hood. I checked under the hood and that relay appears to b good

You can't tell by looking at the relay if it is bad or not. It could be the relay or you could have a bad switch. Try rolling it up on the switch on the passenger door. If it still won't go up, try tapping on the relay while someone tries to roll it up. If this does not work, replace the relay.

the relay on those controls both up and down movement on the motor so most of the time if it will go down and no up its either a bad relay or the main control switch.you might try checking the switch also,those will go bad and cause the same thing to happen,good luck.

will it not go up from either switch or just one switch. if it won't go up from both then it is most likely the passenger window switch.
