How do you fold the 96 neon's rear seat flat ?

There are 2 clips in the trunk side of it but they don't seem to move

there sould be a strap on the INSIDE on the seat in one of the folds... a 1996 may not come with floding rear seats - it was an option

Some were able to come down, but some weren't, I use to have a 96' neon. mine luckily came down.



but if yours does have it, then check on the inside toward the top of the seats, you'll find straps.....just pull and away you go.....if not, sorry
