RWD is better in snow than FWD as long as you have common sense. I've taken my V8 mustang out in the snow on high performance tires and gotten around better than people in civics and such that are front wheel drive, simply because I'm in a rear wheel drive vehicle and I'm a better driver. How? Because unlike a front wheel drive that would slide off the road or into a curb if you touch the gas on a turn, I can steer a rear wheel drive car with the gas pedal. Good winter tires and you're set. Otherwise, yes, most are rear wheel drive, but the SXT, SE, and R/T models had optional AWD.

Like Edward stated the Dodge Charger is a Rear Wheel Drive vehicle with the option of All Wheel Drive.

It is a front engine, rear wheel drive car in america.

You would certainly want to look into the likes of a subaru 4wd or something if you want a four wheel drive car and not a truck.
