All models (SE, R/T, SRT-8) are Rear Wheel Drive only. Posi is available with the R/T and SRT. 17's on the SE, 18's on the R/T and 20's on the SRT are standard to round out the final drive.

RWD only. You can go to the Dodge web site if you want to double check (but don't bother, I'm positive).

I just want to know if the dodge challenger is front wheel drive or rear wheel drive or if you have options.

There is a difference, but it's minimal. I find a rear wheel drive car easier to drive under any circumstance, including snow, because you have more control over where the car is going. A front wheel drive, if you turn too sharp, you understeer off the road. If you hit the brakes, you understeer off the road. If you hit the gas, you understeer off the road. In a rear wheel drive car, if you start understeering, you can hit the gas and turn the wheel and correct your course. Unless you push the car to the limit, you won't notice. And even then, it will for the most part, behave the same. It's only when you hammer the gas pedal in low gears while turning that you could notice a difference. That's when you countersteer and have fun.
