The first thing I'd try to do is give the battery a boost then if it starts be sure that you have the charging system tested , many shops or auto parts stores will offer this service for free especially if you take the battery out and bring it in to them or the alternator or starter.

The chances are that the battery could be weak and the battery ,starter, alternator , engine block ground are corroded or rusted and require cleaning.

Be sure you check the battery posts bec one could be loose and also check the alternator belt bec id it's loose the alternator won't charge the battery correctly.

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way many ppl don't realize that a battery really doesn't get charged unless you're going hwy speeds and if you start your vehicle several times a day or a week that drains the battery a lot and really you should drive on the hwy at leas once a wk for a good 15 mins or so not just to charge the battery but to help clean the engine too.

There is so much that could go wrong so the car won't start. Usually in the winter season the battery can go bad or something in the electrical system will go bad. Put the dome light on while you are trying to crank the engine. Does it dim significantly when you try to crank? If it dims to almost dark, then your battery is bad or a wiring connection is corroded. If it does not dim at all, then most likely your starter relay is bad or something with your key switch is bad. If the car is recognizing the key switch then the instrument cluster will turn off while in the cranking position. Is it cranking but no starting the engine? This symptom can be many things including car alarm issues or spark issues or fueal delivery issues.

like the above answer said try boosting it off then see if it will start and also make sure that its all the way in park other wise it may not be making the neutral safety switch activate on it and that will make it not even turn over, try taking it out of park and then see if it will start in neutral and if it does you need to replace the neutral safety switch on it,that can also be a bad relay for the starter causing that too happen to it,good luck.

in the experience that your searching for the single for the cooling fan its located interior the fuse field decrease than the hood next to the battery in that van,it and the relay are what makes the fan come on,sturdy luck.
