Use a fan clutch wrench. Some auto parts stores will loan you one. Here is the wrench, 36mm.

Stick it straight down over the clutch nut and hit it with a hammer, turning left. Once it breaks loose, unscrew it and let the fan and clutch down. Remove the fan shroud and move it back over the engine. Lift out the fan and clutch, remove the four bolts holding the fan to the clutch. reassemble in reverse order.

you would probably have to pull the radiator (just to clear some space). It should just be held on by a nut. Get an impact wrench or a ratchet with the right sized socket to fit the nut. Wedge something between fan blades to keep it from turning an back of the nut. hope that helps

Reverse rotation; righty is not tighty. Disconnect negative battery cable from battery. Remove throttle cable at top of fan shroud. All Except 8.0L V10 Engine: Unsnap coolant reserve/overflow tank from fan shroud and lay aside. The tank is held to shroud with T shaped slots. Do not disconnect hose or drain coolant from tank. The thermal viscous fan drive/fan blade assembly is attached (threaded) to water pump hub shaft. Remove fan blade/viscous fan drive assembly from water pump by turning mounting nut counter clockwise as viewed from front. Threads on viscous fan drive are RIGHTHAND. A Snap-On 36 MM Fan Wrench (number SP346 from Snap-On Cummins Diesel Tool Set number 2017DSP), Special Tool 6958 Spanner Wrench and Adapter Pins 8346 should be used to prevent pulley from rotating. Do not attempt to remove fan viscous fan drive assembly from vehicle at this time. Do not unbolt fan blade assembly from viscous fan drive at this time. Remove four fan shroud-to-radiator mounting bolts. Remove fan shroud and fan blade/viscous fan drive assembly as a complete unit from vehicle. After removing fan blade/viscous fan drive assembly, do not place viscous fan drive in horizontal position. If stored horizontally, silicone fluid in the viscous fan drive could drain into its bearing assembly and contaminate lubricant. CAUTION: Do not remove water pump pulley-to-water pump bolts. This pulley is under spring tension. Remove four bolts securing fan blade assembly to viscous fan drive. CAUTION: Some engines equipped with serpentine drive belts have reverse rotating fans and viscous fan drives. They are marked with the word REVERSE to designate their usage. Installation of the wrong fan or viscous fan drive can result in engine overheating.

You have to knock the big hexnut loose at fan clutch. An air chisel will do it if you don't have the special tool.
