search on ebay motors around your area and check out the local car classifieds....

I live near that area. There is a website carsoup.com you can find cheap cars there. I found a 1985 dodge Ram Charger for 1500 and it was just 3 blocks from me. Also check in those free papers you find in grocery stores and the towns nearby.
